The success of Consul's Residence led to the acquisition of a new flat in S. Roque in 2018. Consul's Ocean View 1 is a top-floor apartment with a privileged sea view from an exclusive terrace. The tastefully decorated, air-conditioned two-bedroom apartment is designed for guests looking for close contact with the sea within walking distance of the center of Ponta Delgada.
A new flat is to be added in 2020, Consul's Ocean View 2 with the same philosophy accommodating up to 6 guests.
