It’s an 8-minute walk to Zona balnear Forno da Cal – a popular natural ocean water swimming pool and a 3 to 5 minutes drive to the closest beaches, São Roque and Pópulo.
Public transportation (bus) stops in front of the building. Plenty of near free parking is available.

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous, modern, and sparkling clean. Kitchen was fully furnished with everything we needed for cooking. The check in process was very easy and professional. Pedro gave lots of tips for how to enjoy the island and lots of good recommendations for restaurants and things to see, places to buy groceries, etc. He also let us store luggage 6 hours prior to check in and 4 hours past check out to make things more convenient for us. Everything was wonderful, and we couldn’t recommend the place more highly!
A beautiful space in a great location. Pedro and Cristina went above and beyond as hosts: great communication, easy check-in, and check-out and lots of information provided on the island. We rented a car for our week there and never had a problem getting free parking outside on the street. Easy access from the airport and to all of the main roads taking you around the island. We took advantage of their restaurant recommendations too. 5 stars all around!
This is the PERFECT place to visit Ponta and the rest of the Island. Pedro and his family were really great. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped. It looks exactly as in the photos..better actually! Beautiful balcony overlooking the sea for breakfast and evening drinks, plenty of parking outside, very quiet location also There is a bathing spot just 3 minutes stroll from the apartment and it's a lovely 30-minute walk along the seafront to the town center, taxi back cost just €5. The fish restaurant right beside the apartment is fab! Wouldn't hesitate to return here and highly recommend the place, thanks Pedro!
